"Despite being close to Ninh Binh this retreat seemed peaceful and remote. Bikes were free to use. Breakfast was fairly limited and basic."

"Beautiful country location although a little remote. Still close enough to sites that you could take a free bicycle, rent a scooter or easily get a Grab taxi to anywhere and back. On site restaurant was very good although a little more expensive than regular Vietnam prices. For the convenience, well worth it"

"We really enjoyed staying here. It’s perfectly placed in the centre of Tam Coc meaning there’s dozens of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The boat tour from the harbour opposite is stunning. D was a great host and provided a load of options for things to do to make the most of the Ninh Binh area. We hired a moped through the hotel for a good price and were able to see all of the wonderful sights. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. "

"We booked while in Sa Pa as it was good priced and looked nice. We left Sa Pa a night early, so i messaged the hotel on whatsapp to ask if we could have a room that night also. They gave us a room for the extra night at very short notice. We arrived at almost midnight, but the manager was ready and waiting for us. He ran out and collected our bags and took them to our room then showed us around. He was a very nice man, with good english skills. The next day we had a fresh local breakfast and they told us of the nice sights to see. While we were sight seeing they washed our laundry for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a lovely and quiet area close to nice restaurants and local attractions. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone "
