"I liked the standard of cleanliness and maintained but was greatly disturbed by the noisy from the neighbourhood between 9pm to about 11pm. My first 3 nights but the last night was free of noise. The staff were friendly n happy to help only if they are requested. I can use the property again."

"The staff at the hotel was great. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The marketing department needs some help however. Their listing says that each room has wifi, AC, a refrigerator, coffee pot, among other things. Our "executive" rooms had none of the the things I listed. So I would warn any future users of the site to actually check with any hotel that you are interested in BEFORE you make the booking to verify that the information is accurate. "

"We were not lucky on the night we stayed. There was a power outage late night in parts of Kenya and hotel’s power generator was on and it made loud noises. We could not sleep well. We understood that it was not hotel’s fault. All the staffs there are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient. We will come back after our safari trip and we hope room will be quiet."

"I loved staying at the Corat Africa Hotel. Not only did I feel safe in a safer neighborhood in the city, it was convenient to popular attractions such as the Kobe Tough Bead Factory (literally 5 min walk), the Giraffe Centre, National Park and Elephant orphanage. While the facility looked like a proper hotel, what makes this place so special is the people. From the front reception, to the maids, to the waiters to the security guards- all were so lovely, gentle and really wanted you to feel...

"It seemed like this place just opened and was not ready for guests, but they did not have power when I arrived, which was a big let down after traveling from the US for over a day. They also didn't have internet for a while, until they got power back and after I asked. Not a bad place, maybe it'll get better with time. The food and service was good! "

"A gorgeous, comfortable, perfectly situated hotel. Wonderful and friendly staff with amazing service. Restaurants on-site if you don’t feel like heading out but easy to get other restaurants if you do. The staff made sure we were well taken care of. Loved staying here and would absolutely stay again. "The best and closest hotel to the Nairobi airport. The hotel staff actually made sure my name was on a signboard for the shuttle and that as soon as I reached out to the driver I was immediately taken to the hotel and did not have to wait for other passengers."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The property was exceptionally maintained, with immaculate rooms and common areas. The staff were truly standout, always greeting me with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the bar and restaurant were fancy and upscale. My only complaint was the location, which was situated on a very busy road, making it less than ideal for a leisurely walk. However, the hotel's many amenities and excellent service more than made up for this drawback. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay."

Excellent Service and Staff

"Excellent hotel. We had a small issue with a restaurant experience and the staff went way out of their way to make it right - which they absolutely did. We are very grateful for service professionals such as these. Food was excellent, rooftop bar was fun, great gym, and incredibly friendly staff - from the security team at the front gate, to reception, to the housekeepers and waitstaff on the roof - thank you to them for all their amazing kindness! We will be back!"
