"We loved staying at the 4 Friends House. It's in a quiet neighborhood with many amenities nearby. Bus stops are right down the street and the tram is a 10-15 minute walk and will take you to and from the airport. It's a great spot to explore the Leith area with ample restaurants and pubs around. The staff was so friendly. Our flight arrived long before check-in, but they were able to hold our luggage so we could explore more easily. We hope to return to Edinburg at some point, and 4 Friends will...

"Our host, Vivienne, was phenomenal! The Sherwood house is a beautiful property and obviously well cared for. The bed was comfortable and we had a large bathroom in our room. There is a bus stop just a few feet from the property. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Spent a very comfortable night here. Eamonn the owner was very helpful allowing me to drop my bags incredibly early. The room was clean and warm with tea and coffee making facilities and some little biscuits, which was a nice touch. The room was as described and as per pictures, so no nasty suprises. "A nice place in a great location, close to transport, a park & nice shops. The room we stayed in was perhaps a bit more run-down than the website pictures let on (chipped paint & scuffed walls, precariously hung curtains, loud squeaky hinges on door, and a tricky knob on bathroom door). But it was clean & the complimentary sherry was a cute touch. "
