We were in a third floor corner room with a great view of the ocean. It was dated but clean. Only complaints - the wifi wouldn’t work nearly at all which I’m assuming is a distance issue because it worked if we were downstairs, needs some kind of booster. There are minimal outlets conveniently located in the room. There is no chain or other security lock on the door.

My expectations were surpassed! For a more budget friendly hotel it was phenomenal! Within walking distance to the beach, great dining and shops. Super family friendly, and we loved the amenities. Clean, large rooms, and very quiet. Will definitely be a repeat stay for us!

We had a great room near the beach I paid for beach view k has the view of a building but if you looked just right to the left or right you can catch a view of the ocean! I was happy to see they had a great up and functioning pool! We enjoyed the pool very much! Went to pick up dinner came back to shower and NO HOT WATER! I was unable to get ahold of anyone Expedia wasn’t great! I couldn’t afford another room this late at night (10 pm) everyone was charging as if they were all five star resort lol! Stuck her for the night! Never again! Just wanted a nice date night out!

The room was ok and was over priced. Construction work and parking was inconvenient. "Breakfast" was sad cereal, bagels no cream cheese and yahoos is hardly a breakfast. The abandoned vehicle in the parking lot and abandoned motorhome in the back made me feel unsafe.

I made a reservation through Expedia and when we arrived my room was on the ground floor with no view. I asked for a room for higher floor. The room we transferred to was at the end of the building where the staircase was torn up, the walkway wasn’t lit up and black mold. I don’t think I should have had to pay extra. The room was not super clean and we were missing towels. The outlets sparked when we tried to plug in our charger. I loved the location though.

I really enjoyed the staff and I enjoy the town has wonderful little stores and cafés and the beach is right there so it’s really nice to watch the sunrise in the sunset
