"Very noisy throughout our stay. Doors banging , furniture moving around in units above , people speaking loudly made it difficult to fall asleep , running up and down the stairs. Unit was clean and spacious but the bed linen needs to be replaced..very old. Hats off to the staff member who checked our unit on departure...I left behind a few pieces of jewelry and she was honest enough to hand it over to me. Scenery excellent. "

"Very pleased with the room and the surroundings. A suggestion would be to put candles or LED lights in the rooms, or link them to a generator, for loadshedding. With the ongoing crisis, i found the room very dark when i arrived (6.00pm). "

"This apartment is beautiful. Light and airy and the decor is perfect. The wrap-around balcony and endless sea views make it a very special place to be. It is very central and close to all amenities. A quick 100m walk to the beach and promenade, and as quick to Umhlanga Village with its abundance of restaurants and eateries. I was comfortable with the cleanliness; in the current pandemic there is no such thing as “too clean”. That said, I do think the fridge should have been properly wiped down...

"Apartment needs a serious upgrade. Outdoor is awesome "

"The place is amazing, right on the beach with stunning views Well furnished and has AC in each room and the lounge. Kitchen has most amenities you will need. There's a parking garage in the shade for your car and in case you didn't want to swim in the beach, there's a pool on the fifth floor. Cleaning is done daily for an hour except sundays and beach towels were provided. Definitely will come back when I'm visiting Durban"

Extended our stay and booked sea view and we were swoped around our room was given to some guest and were left to occupy the room we did not book. Our welcome message was still giving us the initial room which was 1222. We were forced to stay 8th floor as there were no longer rooms available on the 01 Jan 2025. "

Excellent except service front desk

"The Hotel is amazing, and everything. I was disappointed with service from front desk. Extended our stay and booked sea view and we were swoped around our room was given to some guest and were left to occupy the room we did not book. Our welcome message was still giving us the initial room which was 1222. We were forced to stay 8th floor as there were no longer rooms available on the 01 Jan 2025. "
