"This hotel is in a beautiful part of Surrey, our stay was everything we hoped it would be. We were in 3019 which didn’t have a window view due to obscured glass which was a shame but as we only stayed one night it didn’t bother us. Our only other observation which we thought was odd was the mirror in the bathroom was much to high - I am 5ft 5in and could only see the top of my head. Apart from that our stay was pleasant ."

"Short stay on a work trip. It is very relaxing and welcoming. Safari themed rooms add to the relaxing atmosphere. A place to visit with the kids and family. Ample free parking, the restaurants serve tasty meals. Mostly buffet breakfast however a few times it has been table d'hote. "

"Was a very quick stay as flight was 6am - hotel was very handy, clean and quiet enough to sleep, with a very polite receptionist when checking in. Bar and restaurant was very busy and they seemed a little overwhelmed - might have been as it was the start of the Xmas rush"
