Great value hotel Large rooms with kitchenette. I only stayed one of my two nights I had read the reviews wrong and thought it was dog friendly which it is not.The wonderful bar restaurant next door is though. The lymedale bar restaurant next door is wonderful.Fabulous food and friendly folk.

Perfect for 3 adults.

Really pleased I picked this place for the 3 of us to stay. It was clean and perfect for us. There is a kitchen with fridge, oven and hob and a kettle if you should need them. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. There was ample free parking outside. We were attending a show in Stoke on Trent and it was just under £10 for a taxi to the theatre. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Stayed for one night as going to a gig at the Bar on site so perfectly place. Reception are very helpful and will provide anything you need (extra towels, hairdryer etc). Check in and out is fast and easy. Rooms are a good size and the kitchenette is helpful considering there arent many restaurants in the close vicinity although there are takeaways nearby and the supermarket isn't that far away. Newcastle town centre is a short taxi ride away and there are plenty of pubs and places to eat there

Basic but functional

Stay reflected the price. We needed somewhere cheap, clean with access to the road networks. Really friendly staff and only 5 min drive to bars and restaurants. Basic but functional. Could have done with some curtains to help lower traffic noise.

All you need!

Clean and modern room, with amenities, I was super impressed considering how reasonable the price was. Didn't hear any external noise. Curtains could be better for less incoming light in the morning but that was a minor issue. Good location, being only a 10 minute drive from the bet365 Stadium.

Lovely recently renovated apartment (in the annex) with just one issue, the room smelt of drains. If this could be resolved it would be great.

Very disappointing stay and no communication

Property was very disappointing. Main room smelt of burnt food and bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke. Shower in the morning was scalding so not able to use despite trying for a long time to change the settings. Message the property a few days after stay to express concerns and heard nothing back. Terrible customer service. No compensation or anything offered.

Clearer terms and conditions needed

A lovely little hotel. We stayed in room 66 and the kitchen was well equipped with comfy beds and it was very clean. The only issue I had was the £50 pre authorisation ( which still hasn't been released back onto my card 9 days later ) If you are staying here on a budget then this may not be the place. They need to make that much clearer when booking. Have stayed here many times before and this was the first time I've been asked to pre authorise my card. This has put me off and I wouldn't stay here again.

Fantastic for the travelling workers

Nice welcome hassle free check in. Room is spacious,clean and comfortable. Small kitchen area with a 2 hot plate cooker,microwave and fridge.kettle tea coffee and sugar but they dont supply milk. Good free wifi.small but clean bathroom with a decent shower.They have a bar on site.Very reasonable price for what you get.
