"Had a lovely stay here recently. Unfortunately the air conditioner wasn’t working and the ceiling fan was positioned so high it wasn’t effective. Would stay here again but maybe not in summer, when cooling is needed. Great clean bathroom and comfortable bed."

"This is a great place to stay conveniently located near restaurants and Newcastle City. The balcony rooms on the car park side are much preferred as the rooms on the western side are very small, though clean and comfortable. There is no crockery or cutlery in the rooms, but it can be requested from reception. No lift so if you get a first floor room you have the stairs to contend with with your luggage."

"I requested for extension of check out time up to 11:00am and I check out around 10:30am still hotel charge me late payment which is bad practice Hotel should honour their word This is cheating as the hotel didn’t told any thing about late charge "

"Spooky. We didn’t meet one human in our stay. Shades of a Murakami novel. We could hear occasional snatches of conversation but nothing discernible as a sentence. Good inspiration for a horror movie. Impossible to rate staff and services as we found no proof that they existed!"

"The venue was pub accommodation so a bit dated and needs a good reno. Room was very clean. It was central to the places we needed to get to. The room did meet our needs, somewhere to sleep, shower and get dressed, as out for most of the day. The room was very stuffy, so needed to get the air con fired up to give the room a fresh feel. I would book in their again because of the affordability and location. Nice easy parking at the door to the room, no stairs."
