i had an amazing stay at shoreham. location was perfectly central to everything i wanted to do, it was clean and quiet. all staff was very kind but specially the housekeeping staff are so so sweet lily really made my stay!

This property was really nice, though they were missing some basic items like trash liners and tissues. Our shower also leaked onto the floor each time someone used it. The last thing is there very few outlets in the room. Overall nice place for the price, but needs more up keep.

The location is amazing, and the price is fantastic for Midtown. One of the two elevators was being repaired the entire time I was there, and the guys were working on it at odd hours. I have stayed here many times though, and always look forward to going back.

I recently stayed at this hotel. The hotel is quite outdated and needs major renovations. The carpets smell bad in the hallways and rooms. The bathroom ventilation is poor, and it’s extremely cold unless you use a hairdryer to heat it up. The water pressure was good, and the bathroom was spacious, but overall, the furniture and carpets need to be replaced. The elevator is noisy and old, and you can hear it even with the door closed. The staff at the lobby were okay, but the bellboy was insistent about taking my luggage, even though I didn’t need help, which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it was not the best experience.

Property was outdated. Rooms weren’t the dirtiest, but they definitely could have been cleaner. Elevator was extremely loud (squealing) all day and night. Numerous other guests complained. Would not stay there again.

Great location, helpful staff; room was clean, small but adequate, though view out the small, cloudy window was of brick walls. Lots of places for a quick bite just down the block. My biggest disappointment was no coffee maker in the room, which just seems like Hospitality 101 to me. Still, a good alternative to pricier alternatives in the area. I'd recommend.

Shoreham's location is great for essay access to the subway and walking distance from Time square. Rooms were a bit small and the common spaces can be remodeled, it looks and feels old.

I always try to look for the bright side,but there's no bright side here. The experience with this hotel was bad. Inmediatly after the check in I went to our room and I tried to turn on the TV unsuccesfully. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was also not working. I walked to the front desk to inform of these problems, thinking that it was so easy to fix. We went out to have dinner and when we came back many hours later, still the TV and the phone were not working. I went again to the front desk to inform of this again. This time one man at the front desk told me that it was not their problem, that it was the problem of the Cable Companay. What a tough way to talk to a customer. The next morning, When I went to take a bath, I found out that there was no soap or gel wash in the bathroom. I went again to the front desk to inform fot the third time that the TV was not working, the phone was not working and there was no soap in the bathroom. The phone was repaired in the second day. I just had TV available in the last night. And they never attended our need of soap or gel wash in the bathroom. The room had no view, no coffee the mattress seemed old and too soft. They have two elevators, but one of the was always out of service. The hotel staff didn.t care about our needs or the problems of the customers. This hotel can ruin your vacation.

While the hotel room and location was good for staging in. I would not rate it the best for its hotels, it sufely is not a 4 star hotel while considering themselfs a 4 star. Therevis no tour information help at the front desk advising what to fo in NYC. The room plug is terrible while the only plug being underneith next to the bed were the phone is pluged into which is difficult to plug into unless you unplug the phone. There is only one lift which is not very considerate should it breakdown then how is a disabled person supposed to get oug or back up when the stairs are not convenient. 3 star I would rate this hotel. I wich I had shosen to stay at the Millienum Broadway hotel for the same price back when I booked which is a 4 star hotel and better than this.
