The room is spotless and beautiful and very spacious. I have state at this hotel quite a few times and all the rooms are lovely and absolutely quiet. We love this hotel which has been around for many years. The quality of the staff is always excellent and the hotel is an old world style hotel, which we love. Very comfortable and quiet and right in the theater district.

Second visit to this well-located, graciously appointed hotel. Right off of 7th Avenue, theatres, great restaurants, subway stations and more are steps away. The rooms are quite large, the staff are committed, and we were treated like we mattered from the moment we checked in. Kendrick, Teodoro and Mercad went out of their way to assist us at all times and made us feel like cherished family. We miss them already, and can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for another wonderful winter stay.
