Our experience at this hotel was highly disappointing. On the first night, our reservation was altered without prior notice. We had booked two rooms, each with two beds, for a four-day stay. However, upon arrival, we were instead given three rooms, which was not what we had requested.
The following day, we left the hotel for a few hours. While we were out, the hotel staff moved us out of our rooms without notifying us. When we returned that evening, we discovered we were locked out, and all of our belongings had been removed from the rooms.
We approached the front desk to resolve the issue, but the staff displayed an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, treating our concerns as an inconvenience. Eventually, they assigned us a new room where our belongings were supposed to be relocated. Upon inspecting the room, we found that several items were either missing or disorganized. When we returned to the front desk to address these concerns, the staff again appeared annoyed by our need for assistance.
Fortunately, a kind and helpful staff member eventually intervened, ensuring all our belongings were returned to us. While the hotel itself was pleasant, the overall experience was marred by poor service at the front desk. Notably, an employee named Jasmine exhibited a lack of willingness to assist, which significantly impacted our stay.
