This hotel was in the perfect location. It was recently renovated and tastefully done. The staff, particularly Carlos, provided exceptional service. Karolina, the General Manager of this location, was amazing, listened to my concerns and addressed them in a very professional manner. She showed a willingness to improve and did not get defensive when hearing feedback. She and Carolos are true professionals! I would definitely go back to this hotel!

The location to almost every tourist attraction and plenty of restaurants was walkable and convenient. We were so pleased with the location! We felt safe walking about at night. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the linens were great! We would definitely stay here again.

First the room was very small not as it was pictured. The parking that was "offered" was misleading. It was a parking garage, not affiliated with the hotel with the hotel. The front desk said "well it's available ". My view was a brick wall. No refrigerator, stained carpeting....

Good size room. Relatively cheaper price than other hotels in area. Doorman/storage guy was super helpful. Room was clean, but walls were thin (can hear people outside the doors). Staff were overall pleasant. Times Square/Broadway shows are steps away. I would stay again.
