The hotel was clean, the staff were really friendly and the location was central of its your first time there, but it’s wildly over priced compared to similar hotels. The area gets a bit sketchy and dirty at night, and super noisy.. but typical being close to Times Square. The roof top bar has a decent happy hour, but the king rooms were a bit strange that you enter the room straight into the bathroom.

We always enjoy our time at the Hard Rock. It's nice because its just a bit out of the Times Square hustle, but still right there. It is a very clean facility, the staff, especially bell service, are top notch. If I had one thing that needs improvement, there never seems to be enough elevators running. The wait for an elevator can be long at times.

We love this hotel. As frequent travellers to NYC, this hotel is a really good option for those who appreciate a modern, clean quiet hotel in the heart of Times Square. Despite it being in TS, the hotel is quiet and extremely safe. This is the second time visiting and we are already looking to book again for next year! Big shout out to Jan who is a credit to the business!
