"The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. It is situated in a prime location along the Ganges, offering excellent views of the river from the sit-out dining area. The hotel staff were incredibly considerate and moved us to a river-view room on the second day. We also had a qualified guide who was very patient and helpful in taking us around the city. "We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Everything was up to the mark cleanliness, facilities, staff behavior, owner behavior. They helped them with everything they wanted right away.
