Just a classy old hotel with a great lobby and bar. Personal service was top-notch in the environment was unique compared to other hotels I would typically visit. I recommend the hotel.

Loved the property. Bartender was the best and makes the best hurricane. Only dislike was the extra charge for parking for a truck. Would have been nice to know before hand that it was 58 a day instead of 42 for valet. But other than that great location

I spent my birthday with family in Nola and stayed at Q&C for the first time and Im glad that we stayed there. Its a clean hotel, comfortable beds and great staff. Plenty of dining options near by, walking distance to canal and french quarter jet far away from the caos. Overall I recommend staying at Q&C.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your Marriott property. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standards I have come to expect from the Marriott brand as an AMEX card holder. I encountered multiple issues that significantly affected the quality of my stay, including: 1. Roach Infestation: I had multiple encounters with roaches, culminating in a particularly distressing moment when I found them crawling on my feet. They continued to appear and one crawled onto my pillow which I threw on the floor, covered with a trash can and had to call maintenance to remove. He was a caucasian heavy man with long hair please confirm. I also met with multiple housekeeping and engineers to rectify. This issue was exacerbating and presented medical challenges due to my respiratory symptoms (constant smell and visible mold) and now new onset anxiety (large roaches) 2. Inadequate Air Conditioning: Despite meeting with the engineer and two AC technicians, and even after replacing the thermostat, the room temperature was uncomfortably low at 59 degrees, with no ability to adjust it. These issues were exacerbated by the fact that staff appeared to be more focused on covering up the problems rather than resolving them.

SErvice4 was top notch. The front desk was accommodating and fast to solve minor issues with grace and cordiality. The room was comfortable and the view simply lovely. Only negative was the exercise center which lacks proper ventilation and necessary equipment

We came in because our grandson was having surgery out Children's Hospital. We were late arriving and they were extremely nice when I called ahead of time to let them know. We were tired from a long work day and then traveling, and the room was clean and very comfortable. We were on a time schedule because of the surgery so we purchased the breakfast vouchers. We were told at check in that it would begin at 6:30, so when we went down at 6:45 no one was there getting anything ready.our only negative to the trip was the lack of concern from the front desk receptionist about it! She could have cared less, and said none of the servers showed up for work! I didn’t stress over it because that isn’t the fault of anyone that was actually there! They did honor the breakfast voucher and we ordered off of the menu! It was a quick but very pleasant stay! I would definitely stay again!!
