Upon checkin we arrived 15 min early. Went to check in at from desk & told room was not ready. Staff had major attitude when they told me the room will be ready at 4pm. I said ok & then asked about parking. Staff still had attitude & I had to pull answers out of them so I knew where & how to park. It was so annoying. Arrived back at 4pm & room was not ready. Still attitude from front desk when they told me house keeping was behind. I just said ok & walked out. Finally was able to check in around 16:15 when I went back to see if room was ready. We only stayed one night. I though I had left my dop kit bathroom bag in the bathroom. I realized this after checkout. I called them & the transferred me to the housekeeping supervisor. She told me she would check on it & call me back. Long story short- I found my bag that my wife had packed buried in our car. None the less never received a call back from house keeping. She could obviously care less. Never staying at this place again. Do better screening your employees & team members Hampton Inn!
