An old property not up to the usual Courtyard standard. Very small room. It was uncomfortable not having a door to the toilet area. Too much furniture in such a small room. Great location. Ridiculously inflated price since was Taylor Swift weekend.

We had a wonderful stay , staff was so helpful and friendly, we used valet as well. Mercedes was our go to lady very nice and knew the area very well. Close to every thing , within walking distance . Rooms were very comfortable , AC worked very well. Room was a good size and had a view ! They even gave us a drink on the hotel every evening , it was our anniversary! We will definitely stay here again! 👍

The staff is amazing! Shout out to Earnest! He was superb! The location is great! Several dining and entertainment options conveniently close. Parking wasn't an issue for us. We did not use the valet services. The hotel was very quiet considering it was a football game weekend. The room was average, but the best was super comfortable for us. There was staining on the wall under the sink and on the closet door that appeared to be dried blood, so that was distasteful. Other than that, the room was clean. We would consider this hotel again in the future.

The property is well located near the french quarter. The stay was good, however, we paid for a city view room hoping to have more view of the downtown as they show in the picture. But there was no view at all from the window just another building by the street. At least it would have been better if breakfast was included. Valet parking was $50 with Tax per day. Overall not an excellent stay but a fair one indeed.
