"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"On a adoré notre séjour à Anam Hôtel ! On y a passé 10 jours. On a pu se reposer. L’hôtel se situe à quelques mètres de la plage, où on peut y voir des magnifiques coucher de soleil le soir. Le personnel de l’hôtel est juste super super gentil. Il y a une cuisine que l’on peut utiliser, mais aussi une machine à laver dont on peut se servir. "WOW. We walked in and realized that there are security cameras everywhere and the fact that the caretaker was to stay with us is not advertised at all. We didnt feel comfortable so we just left.. the worst part? Hotels.com was never able to reach the manager, so we never got refunded for the money. we did NOT stay here, so i would think twice before staying here.
