"Staying at Tera Cave Hotel in Gorome, Cappadocia was a life time experience that we needed. From the tours to the most pleasant atmosphere and scenery was so very beautiful. The hotel and the room provided was just the one we needed and the staff was always on hand to help out in service we needed. Great communication and most convenient, cannot express in words but would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay. Hopefully in the future will re-visit as the main point of stay. "Such an amazing hotel - honestly may be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed!! The location is absolutely beautiful, there are tons of little terraces and seating areas spread out across the property so you can enjoy a sunrise or sunset view, or just sit and relax. The staff was extremely sweet and helpful, gave us a map and thorough explanation of the area and everything to do. They went out of their way to help - at one point I needed to call a Turkish hospital regarding an appointment and they offered to do it for me and speak to them in Turkish so it would be easier. The room was so cute and clean, such a cool experience to stay in a cave room and have a view of all the balloons each morning. Also it’s a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, coffee etc. They also provide the most amazing breakfast spread! I have some food allergies and they were so sweet and helped find what I’d be able to eat. Cannot recommend this hotel more."

"Highly recommend Carus Hotel. Great location, comfortable room with outdoor sitting area . Rooftop terrace was a great place to drink coffee and watch the balloons . Staff was great, loved the indoor pool. Ended up staying two extra days."

"This hotel is just beautiful. Great for taking pictures both inside the property and from the hotel's view - specially when ballons are up in the early morning. Room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that I couldn't connect to the wifi or to my own mobile data while in the room, only in the common areas, even though the staff told me it would be solved - I just think there isn't good reception in the room. Tour packages from the hotel are highly recommended. Staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly."
