"I wasn't so happy with the property. Our first night was horrible. The room became so cold at around 3 or 4am. I was shivering but the warmer is set to 21' but they could have turn of the heating..second is that there was no sufficient towels. Normally if you enter a hotel or aparthotel you get the towels for the number of days you are staying i,e 4 days, then 4 towels for every person. Next the soap, shampoo or lotion. "Second time staying here and it is a nice hotel to stay at with the family if you have a family room as the kids have there own section. Unfortunately when we arrived the bed was broken. But the receptionist was nice and gave us a room accross the hall for me and 1 child. While my wife and the other kid stayed in the orginal room until the bed was fixed the next night. Overall is a very nice place to stay while we visit other areas of france/belgium"
