"Very good but several areas for improvement. Main issue was the air conditioning was inefficient. Temperature in room was 21.5 and despite me turning it to 18 desired temperature, and the air conditioning on full power, it did not reduce the temperature overnight. Secondly was it’s a bit annoying ..."

I was allocated a smoking room which stank like an ashtray. I asked to move to another room and was told that they were full and couldn't move me, however later I heard someone just checking in being offered an option for a smoking or no smoking room
