This is a lovely European hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The building is 400 years old so the layout is a bit quirky. There is no elevator but the room had all the modern amenities. There are ground floor rooms. There was a spiral staircase to our first floor room. The hotel is centrally located. We walked from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the river cruise dock.

Beautiful town
"Hotel is beautiful, in central area, walking distance from everything. Nice restaurants in the area , we had a very good pizza and red wine at Le Patio, we walked around and next day we drove to Chambord."

"When we arrived in the hotel, late night after driving the whole day, I couldn’t check in (automatic machine) for one of the rooms (we had 2), declined the card every time. But accepted the other room. It was a problem with the automatic check in machine, not the card. The place was so horrible, ..."
