"The property is behind a truck stop, so you have to drive through to find it. Easy short drive to town for restaurants and food stores. Not a well lit apartment, front patio was dirty, apartment was clean enough inside. There was only 1/8 of toilet paper roll left, and no others to refill it, so ..."
