Not able to check-in even though it was paid
I wasn’t able to check-in with them after waiting for an hour for someone to show up at the front desk. The property is supposed to be a 24-hour front desk. Not only was our experience awful and stressful, and we had to find a new hotel in the middle of nowhere and in the middle of the night (the nearest hotel was an hour away), but our experience with hotels.com and the support staff was even worse and completely unprofessional. Very disappointed with hotels.com

Som en tidslomme fra 70’erne. Værelset trænger til en opgradering og det gør badeværelset også. Vi fik fin aftensmad, men den ene af tjenerne havde ingen anelse om hvad han skulle lave og hvorfor.

Gammelt og utdatert hotell..
Fikk servert en smakløs middag, kom med en kuvert først, missforstått bestillingen. Litt kjedelig, siden vi hadde med en på 3 år. Veldig spartansk frokost, men ble mette. Reiste rett etter frokost, da det kun var voksne og ingen barn der.
