and other facilities are amazing! We had two small kids and were worried that their play and shouts might not be met with the warmest feedback but the hotel staff was super welcoming. Special thanks to Frau Renate who was so warm to us all! "

"Our stay here was fantastic. It is in a remote area but a good base to explore from. The drive and the views all around are spectacular. Its a lovely area of Germany. The hotel staff are super friendly and make you feel very welcome. Thank you David for some great suggestions of places to visit. The room was pleasant and very spacious. There is an amazing spa a short walk from the hotel which a real treat at the end of a day exploring. "

"Very nice spa hotel with extra helpful staff and wonderful service. The room was very hot with no AC on entry, but a fan was provided and opening the window allowed fresh air in which cooled the room over night. There was a balcony with a beautiful view of the castle. A bottle of wine along with two chocolates and a welcome drink at the bar were offered on arrival, and a bag with water and snacks was provided when leaving. Delicious drinks at the bar as well. "Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night, but we had a great time. Rooms are clean and very comfy. Service is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has everything u can wish for and the dinner was very delicious. Will come back to test some wellness options. "
