"The apartment is very nice but some issues made our stay not excellent: 1. The owner's communication was bad for the first 2 days. He sent us an email with instructions but there was no phone number to communicate so when we replied with some questions ( like what is the wifi password, it took him more than24 hrs to answer) 2. Swimming pool was nice though it is open to non residents so we had a few local teenagers there enjoying their summer so perhaps not as quiet as it could have been but still plenty of space and easy to get a sun lounger. Food options were very limited for those with dietary requirements in both pool bar and hotel restaurant. Allegen/dietary labelling on menus and on breakfast buffet food labels were non existant but...

Free private parking

"Inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Ioannina. The PLUS is they have their own private parking lot— worth the $ right there. Good signage directing you as well. Lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Elevator/ lift is very small, so could be a problem if there were lots of people waiting. Nice lighting in room. Windows had a metal pull-down shade as well as curtains— nice blackout for those that like that."

Fantastic 4 nights stay

"Fantastic 5 star hotel,, not far from Town Centre, spotlessly clean and very good front desk. Lovely Gardens that are immaculately kept. Breakfast was good but could be more fruit choice and staff in breakfast a bit more friendly, otherwise a great 4 night stay "
