The facilities are great with the hippo hide where you can watch hippos safely as well as an extremely nice golf course on the property with impala walking on the course. "What a hidden gem!!! Tucked away behind the orchards, you will find the most delightful family greeting you to go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. What a beautiful setting! "The apartment was extremely comfortable and had all the needed amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. The entire pace was spotless and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. They're also centrally located so shops as well as the N4 highway are easy to access. Despite the central location, it's still very quiet with lots of trees and birds around. Highly recommended!"

Breakfast was always a highlight, with impeccable service and delicious offerings that started each day beautifully. "I did not know what to expect but it lived up to expectations. Keep in mind, the lodging is in a tent style, but still luxury. I was able to bath open air while listening and viewing the forest and Sabie river from my room. The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I had issues with the wifi, but the manager ensured someone was out the next day to fix it. I’m also a vegetarian and the manager created a whole menu just for me. That was very thoughtful. A few mornings I left early and the breakfast pack they give you is amazing! The treatment was also wonderful. I ended up falling asleep since the roaring river was right next to me. The grounds are very beautiful and if I’m ever in the Kruger area again, I will book here but this time with my fiance since it is very couple oriented."

Incredible first safari

"Generally incredible stay. Staff were very attentive. Not as luxury as hotels such as say lion sands which is twice the price though you get all the comfort you need given how busy the days are. If you plan on spending more time in the hotel / room maybe look for more luxury but the balance of comfort and access to the park was perfect for us as first time safari travelers Perfect mix of hotel comfort and access to safari with two daily drives with very knowledgable guides. Small negative was the food was only ok but the quality of the surrounding and access to Kruger more than compensated. We had a family of elephants welcome us on our first day with regular hippo and bird sightings from the terrace during out four nights. We also got engaged in the park. The staff and Elof the guide coordinated an unforgettable experience for my partner and I. Truly made the experience special. "
