"I will start with the good part: staff were friendly, helpful and patient with my limited Spanish skills.
The room I received was poorly equipped and seemingly in midst of reconstruction. Although this was a budget decision and I didn't pay much, the price should cannot justify missing toilet seat and broken shower with one temperature: cold. The water was flowing in one stream like from a hose attached to the wall. The walls had numerous wet stains and dark spots that I decided I won't inspect closer. You'll get one towel and one tiny soap bar which you will be moving from sink to shower. Liquid soap dispensers were empty. There were stains on the sheets and other signs of dirt around the room. Not suitable for people with any issues, the stairs are steep and there's no elevator.
Luckily, I only stayed overnight and left early in the morning. Owners should act swiftly to make these rooms at least half decent.
Again thank to the reception staff who are friendly and hard-working. "
