"It was very dirty and expensive. Door knobs were sticky, coffee cups and blankets dirty. Definitely not a cheap per night hotel. Don't recommend it"

"I received a warm welcome to the property from the owner, who had prepared a crib for my toddler in advance. The place was spotless and cozy, with a stunning panoramic view of the surroundings. My brother drove me and my aecond half and bb to Eilat, and the owner kindly offered to accommodate him as well if he decided to stay. It is an amazing place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I would love to come back again! "

"Third floor walk up. No elevator. In a residential area not so close to the tourist attractions. Price was good. A little run down. Good communication. I would stay again. "

"No communication with the desk person. He had to make a phone call for me to converse. Area around property was very unkempt and littered with several "piles" left by dogs right on the property and not cleaned up in any fashion. Area made me feel unsafe due to its exceedingly poor neighborhood, but had no problem. No sign or address on property so very had to even find. Had to ask strangers for assistance to point it out. I wouldn't stay there again. But feel free to take your own chances....

"The apartment is large & comfortable. The pool is not functioning, & since many guests already reported that, it i time to say - NO POOL . cleaning was not at the expected level - hair in the bath. "

"The apartment is well designed and comfortable. We stayed in an apartment on street level which was quite odd and a bit noisy, but overall convenient for our need. The service was quite poor and we couldn’t get enough towels even after we notified them that we need more"

"המיקום של רויאל פארק באילת הוא נפלא, לא רחוק מהטיילת ובשל החנייה המורכבת מעט, וצפופה העדפנו להשאיר את הרכב ולטייל רגלית. חניה- יש חניה פרטית לדירה רק שהכניסה אליה מעט מורכבת ודורשת לעלות על מוט ברזל שמונח לרוחב ולא לאורך פחדנו לפנצ'ר את הגלגלם, לא ברור למה זה מונח ככה (המוט שמרימיפ בד'כ לשמירה. על החנייה) הדירה מאובזרת כולל מכונת כביסה וזה בהחלט יעיל, גודלה- הפתיעה אותנו, ביחס לתמונות שבאתר היא מעט קטנה. "Our stay was delightful. They were the only place in the city who accepted a reservation with a some what large dog and even helped me make the reservation since I was having a hard time. They checked me in at 11am so that me and the pup wouldnt have to wonder after a long drive. Our room had coffee and tea along with milk and cookies in the fridge. The Studios themselves are quite spacious and they all come with a kitchen, which is good for people like me who can't eat everything. Downstairs...

"The host - a consummate professional - he knows what he is doing. The house and pool were cleaned to a professional level in advance of our arrival. Customer service couldn't have been better. We shorted an appliance somehow and the host fixed it while we were out - in less than an hour - and apologized to us for the inconvenience. His commitment reminded me of the professionalism at Ritz Carlton hotels."

"My stay was ok. I arrived before check-in and they had a room available. They should do better with the standard of cleanliness. The lobby was nice; though the room was average comfortable except for the drapery had ring circle stains. I had to ask the cleaner to re-clean the room because she missed the bathtub and mirror. I did a little dusting off the furniture and removed stains/spots from the refrigerator. I didn't report these mishaps to the management because the cleaners and...
