"The hotel is located in a nice area, very close to the lake and castle. Room is modern and wellness area is nice. The pity is about soundproofing. It can be quite noisy. We asked for a quiet room, but we got a room that was very close to the elevator. "

"Our room at the castle was very nice and the spa facilities were excellent. We were disappointed that the guest of a 5 star hotel did not have access to the main restaurant Le Cerf (fully booked) and recommended the other restaurant Waldschanke which was was much, much below the 5star quality. The dining experience ruined our stay there. They should flag Le Cerf restaurant booking when accepting room reservations. "
