"Generally the hotel is good. Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful flowers all around.The staff were attentive and we enjoyed the food. There is direct access to a sandy beach and it’s possible to listen to the waves at night. The problem we had was the bed which had an extremely saggy mattress and after one night we both had neck and back pain and this just continued for the remaineder of our three night stay. "In August we booked for a 3 night stay in November as part of our honeymoon tour of SEnegal. We booked and paid for a superior double bungalow. On arrival they had no record of our booking but I was able to verify booking by showing my booking details and receipt on my phone. "This hotel is new, but needs a lot of improvement. First, there is no pool (being renovated) or restaurant. Second, my room had a smell that radiated from the bathroom…I’m guessing sewer gas from an improper sink trap. They put an incense lamp to cover it up. Also, mosquitos at night in a room without nets. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were pleasant, but I’d look for another option in Saint-Louis."
