"A bit far away from the centre ville which is not made that clear in the advertisement. Too far to walk. also check in is not until 5pm so you lose a day waiting around with your luggage staff do not turn up until 5 pm on the dot the rest of the time it is like the Marie Celeste. "The Chateau is beautiful and has such potential to be fabulous. In fairness we were there during off season, but we do see the need to update the bedrooms. The decor and furnishings are showing wear. The Chateau manager, Sarah, was the sweetest and worked so hard to ensure our stay was pleasurable. Sarah's service and just the pure fact that we were staying in a Chateau, helped us overlook the minor condition of the rooms. Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat!"
