"We loved our stay at Las Moradas. The hotel beautifully appointed and is located in the heart of the old city within walking to many wonderful sites. The staff was courteous and helpful. Parking is not onsite, but there is a parking garage within close range. Avila involves walking up and down many hills and the parking is no exception. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Check in was easy and the front desk person spoke English (bonus!). My room was simple, clean, quiet and the perfect space for a single traveler. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom seemed like it was all new. The huge rain style shower head was awesome. I took the best showers of my trip in that shower. The location was perfect. "A beautiful, restored old convent in a great location just a few minutes walk to the main square and restaurants. The room was lovely with a great view. They offer breakfast but there is no restaurant. There is a bar and sitting area The Spa was nice. We did have a problem with the steam room and sauna as they had not been turned on early enough for our session. We.mentioned this to the staff and without asking they didn't charge us. We would stay there again "

"Nice clean hotel, helpful and pleasant staff. Very nice rooms with fridge and comfortable beds. Bathroom stocked with all the necesities. Hot water with great water pressure in the shower. Excellence location. A few minutes walk to the plaza, cathedral, alcazar, aqueduct, restaurants. Buffet breakfast has a variety of meats, cheese, breads, cereals, yogurt, pastries, fruits, juices, tea, cofffee machine, warm eggs and BACON! Well worth the $10 euros. Our stay was very pleasant. Beautiful town to rest and relax for a few days. Highly recommend staying here."

"Beautiful trip I always want to go back to Avila and Parador is absolutely a great place to go is inside the walls and I strongly recommend everything is excellent. I wish they will have a coffee pot that you can make coffee in the room. They did not have it, otherwise it was a great experience "

"It is actually a beautiful trip It’s a beautiful city and the Parador. It is located in a beautiful where you have a fantastic view of the city we were given handicap Rome that appears to be quite small and there was now shower curtains, so there was water all over I should have decline that room and get a regular room. I think that they should have a coffee pot in the room where you can heat up your own coffee"
