"We were so pleased with our stay. As our itenerary evolved we had considered cancelling this stop but I'm so glad we didn't. The hospitality was so kind and welcoming, the grounds were lovely and they have done a wonderful job resorting and maintaining this old building to feel historical but absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. "Alberto (employee) changed the package I was promised by one of the hotel employees (that quit her job by the time we arrived) and instead of having a prepared package like promised by her, he just said no it’s not possible that she gave you this. So I cancelled my last 2 days for the unpleasant treatment. I expected more from a 5 star. "
