"Great place and friendly staff! Access to beach which not many places have and 3-4 pools. You are kind of forced to eat there. No Uber delivers and no close convenient store close. Gym is basic BUT we loved this place and our kids did too"

"This place is a gem. The front row view to La Quebrada, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, and the location close to el zocalo made up for the devastation that hurricane Otis left in this once popular city. Accommodations are basic but you pay accordingly. I would definitely come back!"

Personal con mala actitud. Hotel mal mantenido.

"La mujer joven en la recepción era increíblemente poco profesional y adversarial, sin ninguna buena razón. Encienden la unidad de aire acondicionado vieja y mal mantenida con un control remoto y luego llevan el control remoto a la oficina, dejar a los huéspedes sin forma de controlar la temperatura en la habitación. Si tiene la opción de elegir otro hotel donde el personal tenga una actitud normal y hospitalaria hacia los huéspedes, hágase un favor y elija el otro hotel. Este cliente se ha alojado en miles de hoteles en diferentes países y nunca ha visto que el personal del hotel tenga una actitud tan poco profesional e inhóspita hacia los clientes que pagan. Esta revisión es publicada por alguien que es completamente razonable y lógico. La vida y los hoteles no son perfectos, pero ninguna persona razonable querría quedarse en un hotel con un personal con tan mal comportamiento. Elija cualquier otro hotel si hay uno disponible."
