"We have to open the window because room got very hot, just to find out there was a stair outside the window were anyone can get inside our room in the middle of the night, also room was very basic, old tv, carpet and nothing else. Otherwise it was a great location next to the train station, pharmacy, supermarket and other stores. Breakfast was great quality."

"drove 1000 KMs to get to this location, arrived at midnight, hotel was closed with no staff on site, called Hotels.Com they could not get in contact with the hotel and informed me that it closes at 22:00, did not mention this on the app when i booked, slept in my car, hotel opened at 08:00, had a shower and the mediocre breakfast then had another 1000 KMs to drive. "We didn’t know what to expect but the hotel is great - not high- end spa as in a US resort, yet not completely on the “hospital’ end of the soectrun either. Haus 1 was in between and we felt very well. Accommodations were clean, comfortable and attractive. Great pools and massages!"

"Typical East German hotel. Updated slightly. Good for one night, no problems. Free parking. If walking, far from downtown as there is no restaurant for evening dining. Only for breakfast, which I did not have. Front desk very helpful and also let me use iron to press my suit!"

"Dårlige parkeringsmuligheder, lang ventetid i reception, Meget små værelser med dårlig seng, toilet ok men badekabine og bruser er ved at falde fra hinanden, gardiner på værelset virker ikke helt efter hensigten, morgenmad er absolut ikke værd at stå op efter, de omkringliggende supermarkeder har sikkert bedre mad end hotellet. Men det var billigt og ok for en enkelt overnatning, men også sidste gang jeg finder forbi."

"Really nicely done interior, modern look and everything super fresh. Very large room with comfortable furniture. Only missing some shelves in the bathroom and a better table in the room. Good breakfast. Walking distance to Altstadt. Convenient parking. Friendly staff!"
