"The gals at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. I loved the location being centralized in the french district, yet away from the craziness. Enjoyed being able to walk most everywhere. I would highly recommend this place and if we return to New Orleans, i would definitely stay here again. *only negative: tile on shower floor needs a good bleach or comet soak. Everything else was pristine. "

"All of the staff was super friendly. Door man, front desk and valets were highlights of the stay. Had the Bourbon balcony and although I didn’t stay out super late the outside noise didn’t make it impossible to fall asleep. "I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The front desk and valet parking team were fantastic. They were so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The only thing that made us a bit uncomfortable was a maintenance guy who hung around in the lobby.
