"The place was really nice, clean, and close to the Metro. The front desk people were super helpful. The garden out back was a great place to hang. I'd totally stay there again if I'm ever in Lisbon."
"A great stay! Great and helpful staff and they cleaned every day. My only comment is to replace dirty towels--used ones on the floor were hung up again on the racks. "

"Such an amazing team to greet us and to answer all of our questions about parking, etc. So helpful in multiple ways. The room and welcome gifts were a dream after the drive from Algarve. Thank you Haws Lisboa for making our stay in Lisbon an absolute delight.
Perfect for a family of five with teens. Very close to Tram 28. The people, vibe, and service made it a favorite. Cute courtyard for a book or drinks … cute balconies. Close to the best miradouras. Cozy neighborhood for family travelers. Abrigada, Team Haws!"
"Premium rooms were well equipped and modern. The Breakfast options were the best I’ve had in an European hotel. Lovely quiet spa. Gym was well equipped. I found it slightly far to walk to most of the attractions and used Uber. The roof top pool area was crowded and loud when I stayed. We struggled to get a bed. Service in reception and dining areas was excellent. Housekeeping could have been better. Overall a pleasant stay and I would go there again. "
"One night, second time here this year, I came back because I really liked it so much last visit to Lisbon. Breakfast is excellent, staff really helpful, hotel really clean."
"Marcos made us feel like we were family!!!! He took care of us, the second we arrived (we were very flustered). He calmed us down…. And helped us “regroup”. He gave us the BEST food recommendations!!! Thank you Marco for everything! "
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally informative and helpful throughout our visit, which made a big difference. The location was perfect—convenient and enjoyable to explore. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely return!"
