"The property and staff are great. They had an issue with AC not available but that isn't an issue for the future. Waiting on a taxi and availability of taxi after 9pm is a challenge. Local young men harass from the street while waiting on a taxi or any other reason you're out exposed."

"Breakfast was fantastic as was the one dinner we had at Cafe Vila. I wish we’d had more dinners there. The pool and resort in general are lovely and very well kept. A few things were broken/needed some TLC in the apartment but it didn’t really affect our stay. I would love to return one day!"

"The apartments are great for a family of 4, spacious, proper size fridge and kitchen equipped to cook. The last time we stayed we had a room that had views of lagoon from both bedrooms and lounge (rooms 1/2/3 I think) whereas this time it was a view of the lagoon just from bedroom and outside seating area - but still lovely. I was thankful for aircon in master bedroom but it meant it was a bit warm in the other bedroom and lounge (but the kids coped fine). My husband enjoyed going for a kayak....

"My sister and I really enjoyed staying at Lagoon Gardens. It felt like a home away from home. The staff were so friendly and made you feel welcome. I liked the kayaking and the breakfasts overlooking the lagoon. Transport was easy to get to and the staff supported us with booking transport when needed. As two girls travelling alone not once did we feel unsafe. Thank you to Morgan the owner and staff for taking car of us and making us feel so welcome! This was definitely the best location for us...

"We had the deluded waterfront villa. It was really lovely, sitting in the deck overlooking water was just beautiful, we could see starfish and sea cucumbers in the crystal clear water of the lagoon. Only downside was no signal for TV, maintenance changed the TV as everything was in Chinese, but still no signal. Only a minor hiccup as we were on holiday, not there to watch TV. "When we arrived, the receptionist was already outside waiting for us. The property is slightly aged, but very neat & clean. Our 2BR did not have a spec of dust and the air-con was already on when we walked in, which was nice. The pool area was nice with chairs / umbrellas. "An incredible place for a relaxing vacation with top-notch service. With excellent snorkeling directly in front of the resort, as well as kayaks and a SUP for guests to use, there are many things to do. We loved the attentiveness of the staff and the excellent meals. "We only stayed 3 nights but our stay was just perfect. Its a beautiful spot and only a short taxi trip to most places. It is getting renovated, but the essentials are still open- pool which most of the time we had to ourselves. Restaurant with beautiful views and great breakfast serve - the thursday chef buffet is definitely recommended. The staff were absolutely amazing my 3 year old loved the attention from all the staff from his babycino in the mornings to his daily catch ups with William (Bill) front of house. A big thank you to William for being such a great host you went that extra mile to help us! "
