"Loved my stay at the apartment. Very clean and the staff are very friendly. However, it took the intervention of the manager for them to find my booking as it appeared hotel.com did not inform the apartment of our booking and considering that we just arrived after a long journey, I was not pleased about it. Also WiFi network is very bad in the apartment and we have to come out of the apartment each time to make and receive calls."

"First of all the receptionist said they can’t find my booking despite I showed my booking number on my email and my payment and said they don’t even deal with hotels.com. Nor Expedia. I got very frustrated and delayed for a while after they called a manager he finally told me to give me a room as if it was by pity. Too much light issues in this hotel. Sometimes every 15min. Anytime any person passes by my room I hear it and it disturbs my sleep…"

"I guess this people lied about the facilty it's not a real hotel, it's really sad that no back up plan for power outage, the swimming is more like a fish pond it's not in use . The generator cannot power the A/C .while people lie about their facility. No enough towel .i think i will make a claim"

"The property is beautiful, but I think it should be banned from Expedia. Once I got to the hotel in Nigeria, I was told that I had to pay the hotel directly even though I booked the hotel through Expedia. I was able to contact Expedia to get my money back, and I paid the hotel using the money that was returned to me by Expedia. "Hotel staff were surprised when I checked in as a single female and after seeing the room I realised why. The lock on the door had been broken and was not fixed, the windows on a first floor room did not close - this meant the room was 40 degrees Celsius and raised security concerns. There was a mysterious door in the room that led to a balcony guests could not access and the bathroom had not been cleaned after someone had used the toilet. This is not the safe 4 star hotel I was expecting. "

My Hotel stay

"It was an excellent time. Extremely serene, very helpful staff, all rounded services including concierge serivice for airport drop off. I would absolutely recommend this hotel any day anf time and i definitwly would bw returning. I only wish there was spa treatment services available in hotel."
