"When I arrived, they told me that I had two reservations. However, when I looked on my app, it did not show I had any so I sent a confirmation on the “hotel you have an interest”. Can you please determine if I was charged twice? I only occupied room 505."

"Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid at all costs!! We booked with breakfast and a late checkout and the hotel wouldn’t honour either, even though it clearly states it on our booking. Receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout. The towels in the room were visibly stained and the doors to the rooms need to be slammed shut so there’s no opportunity for restful sleep. Spend a little extra and go with a reputable hotel - this place isn’t worth it!"
