This property was really great value for what you pay. There is a full kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, coffee/tea/sugar, dishes, anything you need to cook. It also had a washing machine and they provided you with a laundry soap pod and a drying rack which we made good use of. The owner sends you a message the day before with the code to the door which made it very simple to access. We were worried about parking as we had read other reviews that there were few parking spots (which is accurate) but you can very easily park on the street which was easy. The owner of the property was very responsive to communicate with. The area was surprisingly quiet at night and we stayed for 5 nights in mid-November. The only reason I didn’t give this property a 5 was because the shower was not great but I would stay here again in a heart beat. It was a 2 hour drive to Torres Del Paine and the shops and restaurants in town were within walking distance

Nice apartment with views of the water and mountains in the distance. Very clean and comfortable. Put hand over lock mechanism to lock it. Some reviews seemed confused by this.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. The owner was very accommodating. We could walk to the town. Parking was bit challenging but it worked. Easy check in and check out.

The property is located just a short walk from bus terminal. Gisela was prompt and great to communicate with. They allowed us to store luggage for 5 days before our stay as we were freckling Torres de Paine. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

Self Check In, 7 min walk to bus terminal
Overall the accomodation was comfortable. There is a washing machine inside our room. Facilities are new. It is a 7 minute walk to the bus terminal to El Calafate. There are many food options and supermarkets, within a 5 minute walk from the apartments. Do remember to receive text from owner before going, there is no receptionist at the apartment. We were stucked for about 5 minutes as we couldnt find anybody there. Thankfully we found a number and managed to contact the owner who then assisted us with digital lock access code to access our apartment.

Bom custo benefício
Excelente custo benefício. Cidade não tem muitas opçoes de estadia, sobretudo na alta temporada, então encontrar um apto com bom custo é muito bom. Apto é bom, bem cuidado, limpeza razoável. O que chama a atenção negativamente é a limpeza da parte externa, sobretudo das escadas. Mas não deixaria de ir por isso.
