Let's say that I got what I paid for. This hotel has seen better days. Unit was run down. Rusty taps, hard mattress, scratchy, old towels. Location was good - a block from the beach and near restaurants and other amenities. Ok breakfast for Brazilian standards - just brace yourself for loud music while eating. Staff was ok - not awful but not great.

The only thing good at this hotel are the employees! They are nice and polite. Wellington ( front desk) was very professional and polite. The hotrr er l need an urgent renovation!

I was treated extremely well by all the staff. They were incredibly accommodating to me to make my stay great. They honoured a late check out which was very convenient for me to plan my day. The staff in the restaurant also took the time to get to know me and make me feel very welcome. The hotel is well situated for the beach and for other needs. I would definitely stay here again.

O hotel foi bom, o quarto no qual fiquei foi o 307, ele era bem espaçoso, tinha pia, sala grande, varanda, o quarto era bem aconchegante. O quarto estava cheiroso, banheiro estava limpo, as toalhas estavam velhas, mostrando bem o desgaste das mesmas. Tinha uma sofá grande, e também uma mesa. A parte da varanda não era confiável, precisa de melhoras, as tábuas não eram firmes, assim como também o “corrimão” da sacada. Os atendentes educados, gentis. O hotel possui um rooftop bem legal na parte de cima, os preços são bem acessíveis, possui happyhour, piscina, e uma vista linda para o Morro do Careca. O café da manhã era bom, tinham bolos, brownies, mousse, pães recheados, frios, opções de carboidratos, proteínas, frutas, cafés, achei bem variado. Possui estacionamento coberto, e na frente do hotel também possui. Ficaram de enviar um mimo para meu quarto para comemorar meu aniversário, mas não chegou, mas não anula que é um bom hotel.

Foi uma boa estadia. O quarto que fiquei tem alguns problemas, parece ser antigo e tive alguns probleminhas. Porém, há de se destacar a qualidade do atendimento, área externa, localização e custo benefício! Pelo preço, valeu sim a pena! O atendimento tanto do hotel, quanto do restaurante é simplesmente impecável. É o maior ponto do hotel. Tem mais prós do que contra.

Tive uma ótima viagem, o hotel era bom e os funcionários muito solícitos. Café da manhã bom com muitas opções e excelente localização, bem perto do Morro do Careca e de todos os principais restaurantes da cidade. Tivemos alguns problemas com o quarto no hotel, nossa porta da varanda não fechada e eles não tinham a chave (tiveram que trocar a fechadura), o vidro do box do chuveiro estava solto e em um dos dias o cartão do quarto parou de funcionar. São problemas que uma manutenção poderia ter solucionado antes, mas os funcionários nos ajudaram com agilidade.

O hotel está abandonado.
Conhecemos o hotel desde 2016 (quando o nome ainda era pérola praia), e está foi a terceira vez que nos hospedamos lá. É muito triste ver o como o hotel ficou. A estrutura está absolutamente abandonada. Os quartos estão uma vergonha, a área da piscina foi transformada em um “bar” que fica aberto ao público e com música alta durante todo o dia. Se sua intenção for descansar, infelizmente não será possível (a música fica altíssima até por volta de 22h). O café da manhã está MUITO básico, com itens com cara de velhos e passados. A única coisa boa da experiência que tivemos foi o bom atendimento da equipe e a boa vontade dos funcionários. Ficamos no quarto 301 e saímos absolutamente frustrados e com a certeza de que neste hotel não voltaremos. Vou postar as fotos que tirei para verem que não estou exagerando.
