Necessária
Hotel bem antigo ar-condicionado sem funcionar, os lencois velhos e toalhas muito velhas, no banheiro não tinha tapete entao o banheiro ficava molhado, na pisscina nao tinha ducha, e em relação ao café da manha paga no hotel deles que fica em outra rua valor de 15$ cafe ruim e sem variedas.

A cama não é muito boa e a limpeza não é feita nos fins de semana. A garagem comporta todos os carros. Piso soltando cerâmica. Próximo da praia e do calçadão. Pouco comércio ao redor (mais de 1km). Piscina boa e limpa.

Ótimo custo-benefício - cama antiga
Próximo da praia, limpo, ar-condicionados ótimo, frigobar bom, cama regular, chuveiro comum e aquece bem, tv boa com todos os canais livres. Não usamos Wi-Fi, mas tinha disponível. Vista da praia e da ponte pela varanda. Estacionamento fechado e coberto sempre tem vaga.

Um bom local para hospedar
Foi uma boa estadia. O pessoal do hotel super atencioso. Porém algo que acho que podem melhorar um pouco é no conforto da cama. Mas no resto uma ótima opção é custo benefício bem positivo, pois achei o quarto bem espaçoso, e com muita opção para trabalhar do local (com notebook).

Mais atenção ao funcionamento dos aparelhos.
A estadia foi boa, porém por falta de atenção dos funcionários ao verificarem a suíte destinada a mim, não observarão o funcionamento do ar condicionado, tive que trocar duas vezes de suíte pelo mesmo problema.

Diversos problemas, desde o check-in. TV não prestava, precisamos pedir pra trocar, o vaso não tava funcionando, o quarto cheio de baratinhas, não tinha toalha, nem lençol. Após repassar as solicitações a recepção, ficamos um bom tempo aguardando o conserto dos problemas.
