"Malo por dónde se lo mire, se nota que se quedó en el tiempo, las instalaciones son viejas descuidadas, muchas no funcionan, la cama y sábanas re viejas, el desayuno muy básico, no tienen ni un ventilador en el comedor, tremendo calor cuando se desayuna, lo rescatable es la ubicación que caminando se recorre. "This hotel is a dump like no other. Having booked a superior room I was given a basic room in the basement with no window. Upon complaining, I was sent to a second room which was also basic and windowless. Finally, I got a "superior" room as in the published pictures but it was half-buried (see picture). "Vimos as fotos pelo site e logos nos interessamos, com a classificação muito boa, e quando chegamos fomos muito bem recepcionados pelos funcionarios, a comida otima, o quarto limpo e aconchegante, a piscina otima a paisagem nem se fala, otimo para descansar de verdade. infelizmente quem possui operadora Tim o sinal não funciona bem na região do hotel, e a internet do hotel é boa porem com muito acesso junto você não consegue acessar sempre cai, mas fora isso ótimo em tudo no hotel"

"The property from the outside isn't as nice as it looks on the photos. The hotel is surrounded by empty buildings, who seem to be "waiting" to be destroyed for a new development. They present the nicer rooms on the pictures, but as we checked in, they tried to send us to a building across the road that looked abandoned. "Foi péssima. Aluguei um quarto e recebi outro totalmente diferente. Demoraram a fazer o check in porque o quarto que eu tinha alugado estava com outra pessoa. Colocaram a gente num quarto minimo que ou a gente se deitava, ou abria a mala. No dia seguinte foi feita a mudança para o quarto reservado.
