"Staff went above and beyond for our stay at every turn, at one point my rental car even had a flat and not only did the parking lot guard wave me over to draw my attention to it, they freely helped in swapping to a spare and getting in contact with the rental company when my phone had trouble reaching them. I can't thank the staff at the Bayleaf enough for all they did for us during our stay. It was a peaceful and relaxing experience every single day and exactly what I had hoped for in a vacation. "

"The stay here was very nice, relaxing and peaceful. One small issue that I had was the WiFi. For some reason, it was difficult to connect in the room, but it connected fine when I went into the balcony. It would be nice to enjoy WiFi in the room and not having to go onto the balcony for a strong WiFi connection. "

"I’ve stayed in many places around the world the space is perfect, it is very spacious and accommodating. My room was excellent for relaxation, especially being use to climate back home. Having the air con made it very comfortable. I was only there for one night and had an early check out but I could see that staying for a longer duration would be very easy to do. The price is very fair and I would highly recommend if anyone is staying for business or pleasure the Wind is an excellent choice. The price is very fair for anyone wanting to spend quality time in Tagaytay. I was one the 3rd floor and my view was very good I didn’t get a chance to check the view from a top floor window but I can tell it probably very beautiful. Most of all the incredibly pleasant staff. They are very genuine and eager to help, I felt very safe staying at the Wind."

"Pico Loro is an excellent Hotel with efficient helpful staff. We stayed at the Pico Country club and it was Lovely. "
