I was pleased with everything at this property with the exception of receiving dirty linens when requested. Towels were delivered promptly upon request which is appreciated-- but it wasn't until I stepped out of the shower & began using one that I noticed multiple, red stains. The was extremely unpleasant and made me question the cleanliness of the remaining linen & property as a whole. Great staff though & amazing view.

The place smelled great. Elevators were super quick. Easy walk to broadway. There is dollar store around the corner for room Snacks. Its a boutique hotel so the rooms Are a little small. Every staff member wore a smile and said hello. We do nye is nashville and will definitely stay here again.

Clean property, very good location not in or out the city center, just right for a close walk to everything, food was very good , service is excellent, front desk was so robotic and fast when giving information upon check in , you won’t understand a word! Our shower box had a major water leak from the glass were the bathroom was full of water after shower 1207, noise from construction across the street might wake u up at 6 am if ur a light sleeper , I wish they took the initiative to tell us or book us a better room, overall good experience, bell person was very good too!
