We arrived 2 hrs 15 min prior to check in. Check in was 3pm. The hotel charged $20 plus tax extra for checking in early. I get it but the hotel was not busy. I'm a little disappointed for having to pay extra for the 2 hours, considering we checked out 2 and 1/2 hours early this morning. The hot tub water had a brown tint so we didn’t take a chance. We were looking forward to a nice relaxing hot tub though. We did not use the hot tub unfortunately. The restaurant/bar on sight was closed and opens on Tuesday. Considering we paid $61 plus tax for the whole night was not a bad deal but checking in early charge was disappointing. There are a lot of hotels in the same area with same prices. Just don't ck in 2 hrs early if u plan to stay there.

Needed a quick overnight stay and found this hotel near I24. Arrived and was greeted by the on duty clerk who was very professional and courteous there were several men in the lobby and walked around the property who appear to be on a soccer team and I thought I would be awake all night listening to the noise but once in the room I slept throughout the night. There wasn't any loud noise by the other guests, just as the clerk stated. POOL AND HOTTUB is great too with great hotel atrium view.

My wife and I came to town for a little early birthday celebration. We drove down overnight and had been advised that we could check in early if the room was available. When we arrived, we found our room was not available (jacuzzi room, only 2 in the hotel, highly recommend them though). the manager on duty, let us know that we could setup our work gear and work anywhere in the lobby and could also have breakfast. She checked in with us at least once an hour and was extremely friendly and accommodating, as was the case for her and the entire staff at the hotel, including the room attendants. The entire hotel is clean and very well kept. The desk staff is professional and very friendly. The property is clean and pool was great too. We will be back

First room was in disrepair. It was an outside room. There was a large gap around the outside door, the bathroom door would not latch, the phone did not work and the TV did not work. We were moved into an inside room by the indoor pool. It needed to be remodeled, but it was clean and comfortable.

A room had Japanese beatles on the ceiling what she look like lady bugs. The floors were dirty. Bathroom had no toilet paper. Entrance light was flickering for button hour when we got there. Called maintenance but flickering stopped.

This property could have a better layout. The staff was not friendly at all. The front desk worker was constantly catching an attitude. The inside of the building looks very old and out of date. Not to mention they ran out of wash clothes and gave us hand towels instead. There was also a constant weed or cigarette smell. The door to our room didn’t always automatically lock by itself. There were kids running around at all times of the night.

The first room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke. They did move us to another room quickly. However, when we asked for extra covers and towels we were told they didn’t have any. The hot tub was cloudy and not very warm. The carpets in all of the common areas were very dirty and clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time. There was a party room that had been used and confetti was strewn all through the hotel for atleast a full day. The key cards will not open the exterior doors so we had to bang on the door until someone from a near by room opened it. The furniture in the lobby was stained and had crumbs on it. Over all the cleanliness of this hotel is far below acceptable.

If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean and affordable in Murfreesboro TN this is the place to go. I have been pleasantly surprised at how quiet & clean the clarion actually is. They also serve hot breakfast (sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, waffles, etc) which we absolutely loved about it. Vini and all of the front desk staff are very friendly and willing to help if you need anything at all. I wasn’t so sure about it at first but I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone

This Clarion should Not be on Expedia. I have no problem with many “budget” hotels, but this was not just scratchy, it was scary. My wife walked through the hotel and it had NO lights in areas. None of the signage was readable. The area outside was even worse. Don’t book it. Expedia, for your own reputation, get them out of your system.

The check-in procedure was quick and easy. The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant food was delicious.The lobby and exterior space were clean and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast and managers reception.
