When arriving the room was very dirty. There was stains on the wall next to the toilet and pee stains on the toilet seat. The towels looked to have been washed but had someone’s hair in them. Bed was miserable and hard as a rock. Could also hear everything going on multiple rooms down from us constantly weakening us.

The staff was very friendly, but the property was pretty dirty. There was a carton of milk that had spilled and curdled on the carpet that was not cleaned up for multiple days. Also our bath towels had hair on them so I had to swap them out but the new ones were clean looking. The area was apparently a very bad area. We had 3 Uber drivers tell us not to go outside at night if it wasn’t an emergency. They said there were gangs, and alot of prostitution. The hotel was recently updated according to one of the Uber drivers which is nice I suppose.

Will never stay here again. Staff was talking to someone on the phone and on speaker phone while I was checking in. The only reason why I chose this hotel is because we’ve stayed at a Best Western one time and it was an amazing experience. Had a few hairs here and there in the bedroom and bathroom. Facilities don’t look clean or well maintained. One other staff opened the side door for us as we were struggling with our luggages and that was the best part. He was the nicest part of this hotel.

You get what you pay for. Low rate for a reason. It was dirty and slamming doors were so loud. Never again nor do I recommend anyone else stay there. Location didn't seem safe.
