Parking was a little tight with a trailer but this is comparable to are trip as a whole. The stay itself was great no complaints, food, service, room great.

the hotel is very nice, great internet, comfortable, excellent breakfasts. the area around the hotel is just not very nice. it does have a walgreens right next door which i find very useful. the big road in front makes it hard to get going in the right direction as it is hard to get across the street. beyond that, there are some decent places to eat and what not within a mile or two but the area is run down, looks run down, and is just a bunch of vehicles driving by places that look like they were built in the 60s and just randomly.

Well, I booked this hotel 2 months early and because I had no intentions to cancel, i didn't take cancelation option. That is my mistake. Unfortunately that Friday, there was a snow storm in Nashville, and considering our flight to Nashville was canceled 2 days before(Airlines encouraged us to cancel and rebook free of cost), i called the hotel multiple times, talked to multiple people to either cancel and refund or move my reservation by 1 day as the Airlines gave us the next days flight. They all said they will tell their manager(I think they are the owners because Best Westerns are franchises). I requested through Expedia to get my reservation moved by a day. They rejected everything. As everyone knows, sniw is an occasional event in the south and they are nit equipped to handle it. Roads wont be cleaned and everything closed. I am pretty sure, they themselves wont be able to reach the hotel unless they sleep there. I contacted BestWestern customer service and they got involved, issue was raised to higher levels and finally they canceled the reservation. They did not move my reservation. I am pretty sure due to weather conditions, there would have been multiple enpty rooms that weekend, but the Indian Patel's ego didn't allow him to move my reservation by a day. I booked at another BestWestern on Music Row for the next night. His lose was some other Patel's gain.

This place had an excellent gym. In fact for a small gym it was the best appointed Ive experienced anywhere. My bed was luxuriously comfortable and the spa bath and shower were excellent! The stagf were also amazingly helpful

It was convenient quick on/off to the highway. The staff was very friendly. The woman who takes care of the breakfast was very efficient, clean and on top of it! Excellent people.

This is a great hotel for a good value close to town but not too in the mix. Comfortable beds, great coffee machine and good variety at breakfast with the sweaters staff. This hotel is also an easy uber away from anywhere you’d need to be in Nashville and tons of amazing food right around the corner. If you’re in the area - explore a little food wise and you won’t be disappointed. The area overall is ok when it comes to safety as it’s right by the interstate. We didn’t really walk around but I’m sure you’d be fine if you just stayed aware of your surroundings.

Staff was AMAZING - they discovered we had family also staying at the hotel in another room, they attempted to put us together without even asking. The female that worked the breakfast area was so helpful- again didn’t even have to ask for help! Beds were comfortable, room was clean, shower head felt like a personal massage! Would stay again!
